MOMO shall not replace or repair any defective Product which is not returned to MOMO at the above address, freight prepaid, accompanied by the original invoice or receipt of purchase. MOMO's warranty obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective PRODUCT and EXCLUDES installation of the repaired or replaced Product. This limited warranty is available to the original consumer purchaser only and does not extend to any other person. You are the original consumer purchaser if you purchased the Product at retail from an authorized dealer for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required under applicable state law, this limited warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. Transfer of title to the Product by the original consumer purchaser voids this warranty.
